"My girlfriend went here to have her ends trimmed and side fringe sorted as it had grown out a little. She first had her hair washed which was fine but then they blow dried her hair which she said was odd because usually they cut it wet and then dry it. They then straightened her hair before cutting it which she also didn’t ask for, she also said the at no point was any heat protection added. Then she was left alone for 20mins until another hairdresser could come and actually cut her hair during which she was not offered a drink even tho there were other women who were being offered food ? When her hair was finally cut the woman asked her to stand for the duration. They didn’t ask how much my gf wanted off and have done nothing to her fringe. It did only cost £20 so can’t complain price wise but overall not a good service."

"I would not recommend this salon for colouring your hair at all. I visited the salon after speaking with them on Facebook messenger and asking if they would be able to do balyage from dark brown roots to lighter tips. They said this would be no problem at all so I went in, thinking for £40 this is really good! It isn't.. I spent 5 hours in the place having my hair lightened to the point it looked nothing like I'd asked for. I asked why all of my hair had been uplifted and they advised the colour would take better if it was all the same base colour. Which didn't make sense to me as my hair was already medium/dark mahogany brown at the time so the roots would have been able to stay dark?.. Anyway, after uplifting it and it being bright orange, they showed me the colour chart and asked me to choose from a select few which tone of brown I wanted the base colour to be. I chose a 5 I believe, which was a lighter BROWN. Once the colour had been added, washed out, my hair blow dried. I was left with this mess. Bright copper orange colour, patchy as anything and my scalp was scabbed and sore by the end. Not only that but the cut was completely uneven. I was mortified and couldn't believe what they had done to my hair! You really do get what you pay for! I then had to spend over £100 elsewhere in a professional salon where they know what they are doing and dont make false promises. I will never go to this salon again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either."
