"I have been admiring my best friends hair for the last 3 years - thinking I must try this salon. Today I did and its the first time in my life I left a salon thrilled with the colour, loving the cut and so happy with the styling. 3/3 I've had 1 or 2 out of 3 before but honestly, never 3.3. I got home and my partner just went Wow - that looks fantastic on you. Rachel and Michelle asked me questions, listened to me, made some suggestions and checked as we were going along - ending up with a look better than I could have wished for. I felt fab leaving and I am booked in for my 6 week cut. Highly recommend."

"My sister has an appointment booked for today and recieved a text about a 20% increase in prices yesterday. This was not made aware when my sister booked the appointment. My sister queried on facebook about the 20% increase and if anyone was aware. I'm not doubting the amazing work that can be done by the professionals but to then recieve a text at 8.45pm at night to say that they are cancelling her appointment - without asking her if she would prefer that - because she was clearly unhappy about the prices going up was shocking! And so unprofessional. Records are not there to be accessed during random hours and should only be accessed when required, in this case, if someone from the establishment saw the post they could have quieried her when she got there to see if she was happy with the price. My sister was a loyal customer for 15 years and to be treated like that is so unfair.."

"Excellent service, every client is treated as a whole person and however busy they are you are made to feel that you are the only person that matters. The quality of hair care is second to none and I have never had cause to complain. Kim and Sam look after me and I am always happy with the quality of their work. I have been with Jego since they opened and will never change and have even converted my husband. I will be glad when the lockdown is over and I can come back to my usual appointment."

I went in to have my shoulder length hair cut into a pixie look and the senior stylist came and talked through all the pros and cons of different styles and the management needed and how long I wanted to spend each day sorting out my hair. I ended up with something which was what I needed from a practical perspective but also that looks amazing! Thank you."
