"1. The scam; if you are not Chinese they set prices how they want it and you end up paying more than you initially agreed on. 2. The guy who works there, does not speak English therefore when you ask him to do subtle haircut, he just knobs and does different thing. 3. Generally hygienic is bad as they don’t clean their tools after it’s used. 4. Hairdresser was rude when I gave him a feedback and how I’m not satisfied with hair cut and perm. 5. Prices for the same services get changed every time I go there. Overall I would not recommend this place unless you want to get overcharged and disappointed"

"Very very very bad experience! I had my hair cut by a male barber who claimed to have 25 years of experience in barbering and a store in Guangdong, but in reality had no skills at all to speak of. Before the cut, I showed him the haircut and the length I wanted, and he confidently started to cut with just a glance, and the result was not even related to the picture. My hair was cut too short and ruined. When I tried to suggest that the haircut I got and the picture that I showed him are too different, he became very grumpy and complained to me not to come back next time. This is so rude and nonsense, obviously I was the one who should be angry. Anyway, do not ever go to this store, the male barber is an egomaniac, who will not cut according to your requirements!"

Secondly, in the process of doing nails, the manicurist speaks in a very unfriendly tone, and the customer does not receive basic respect. I've never met a shop with such a bad attitude before. Finally, this store is also inconvenient in terms of payment, and it cannot be paid by mobile phone, only accepts cash or WeChat transfers!"
