When I asked a question about something that is wrong with my car, I received a disinterested answer to get me to shut up about it, with zero empathy for an issue that is actually making it very difficult for me. In addition, the mechanic took down my phone holder without consulting with me first, which rendered the phone holder unusable, as it wasn't removed correctly, thus I incurred additional cost. I only came because I thought your garage was better than others and because my company has offered me a discount to use you but I won't be coming back."
