"Not knowing much about cars, I always feel a bit nervous about taking mine to the garage. The staff here were great and very patiently explained what needed doing and the different options (and price points!) available. I spoke to a couple of different people on the phone and again when I actually went in to drop my car off and pick it up, but they were all very helpful and polite - and even remembered my name, which was a nice touch. Very flexible with timings as well, as I wasn’t able to pick the car up straight away but they didn’t mind keeping it in for me a bit longer. Thanks again for your help!"

"A huge thanks to everyone here, I was attending a course at the training company adjacent to the garage (also highly recommended) and having travelled 200 miles, with the return journey that afternoon I had a serious vibration. Despite explaining they were short staffed (this was the Monday of Jubilee week) the key handed over and it was on a ramp in no time. Shortly after they came straight over to see me, quoted me a price for the fault to be rectified and it was done before my course was over. Outstanding service to a new customer, a perfect stranger, who they had no reason to go out their way for but that they did.
