"Dave seems like a top guy. I saw an advert for some upgrades wheels for my car on Facebook, so I called to check they were there then went down there to look at them. Dave was really friendly and reasonable too. Even though I said I was just looking at this point he was happy to get them out for me to look at - these aren't small wheels either, it was a lot of work for him to get them out of storage. But they were in great condition so we did a deal there and then and Dave even helped me load them into my car. His unit is like a treasure trove of BMW parts, I'll definitely be back when I need parts because good BMW breakers are hard to find in the West Midlands."
"Arranged collection of a f31 wing in black. Confirmed in the morning by Dave it was ok to pick up that day. I drove 2 hours/80 miles, got there and told it must have been sold to another customer since I called him 3pm the day before asking about the wing. Unbelievable! Dont waste your time, money or fuel!"
"Just had delivery of mini airbag curtain It’s damaged and has parts(retaining clips) missing, Rang them and explained and asked for refund. Was told to fit it with cable ties. Safety related and they couldn’t care less. It’s going in the bin! Unbelievable give them a miss"

"Not sure how these guys are profitable. Perhaps a cover business. You get a clear impression they don't want any sales. Bloke sorted me the wrong part, of which he was reluctant to sort in the first place, didn't want to help me exchange it the following morning, said to call back the next day after 2pm. Told him my car is unable to move in the workshop taking up space, was urgent. not bothered.. had to buy elsewhere. Waste of time and money. Customer service at it's very worst. Avoid at all costs."
