A fantastic young lad (efficient, polite and caring) from Coventry arrived exactly on time as confirmed by text and nothing was too much trouble. Whole process from calling green flag last night (fantastic customer service also), being able to book a 2 hour slot for today (when garage would be open), receiving text confirmation of arrival time and loading/transporting the car to the garage was faultless. H arrived in 45 minutes from breakdown assistance request, he went above and beyond to try to fix the issue but at the end he had to recover our car and drop it from Coventry to garage in Knowle.
