"Was quoted £170 for work to be done, left car at garage and when my wife picked car up was charged £250, I understand price hikes from suppliers but should have confirmed price to me before work was done on car, i basically paid an extra £80 for work I didn’t authorise, for this reason I don’t know if I would use again.. EDITED TO ADD We have since been contacted by Karl at Hilltop and he has given us an explanation and has offered to refund a part of the extra we paid. This is much appreciated and we would use them again in the future as the issue has been dealt with well."
