"Partner new my car in for works. They clearly took advantage on payments being a woman as charged over double what the mechanic said on phone. Gave vague invoice, asked for it to be itemised which they sent but still didn’t show parts and labour. Have experience mechanically and costs do not add up. Have given up pursuing. Won’t use again."
