"Just found out that I have waited over a year on a waiting list that never existed! I was told a while ago that I was on a waiting list of 2 years and when I called back today I was told they weren't even doing waiting lists! I understand that funding is an issue with dentistry, but the way I have been treated by this practice is not acceptable. Their reception staff need better training. I have been waiting with a ripped gum for over a year to find out I have to wait in pain for another 2-5 years! Not acceptable"
