"The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly, but I can’t speak highly enough of Elysia. From the get go, she exudes confidence & self assurance which helped massively in calming my nerves. She explained my options and helped me to reach my decision to undergo what I thought would be a difficult extraction. The dreaded injections were delivered almost before I realised what was happening, she worked calmly & explained what was happening & as she did so the offending stump surrendered to her charm. The whole exercise was pain free and continues to be so 30 hours later… she is pure gold!"
