"Been happy in the past but my last visit left me feeling disappointed. After waiting for nearly half a day, and only after I rang they checked my car. I had to book a second appointment due to time restrictions for what should have been an hour's job as they said. Second appointment didn't go much better, again had to chase them up after nearly 2,5hours. Job completed satisfactorily. P. was polite with me but the other engineer was confrontational and rude."
