"Got my G63 2014 face-lifted to the new shape from Enkhanz. Amazing job with perfect fitment and an amazing finish! Highly recommended! Kept us up to date with the progress! Great job!"
"What a top bunch of lads. Fitted my RR L405 in for SVO lit last minute as i was over from Isle of Man and the job they have done is absolutely perfect. Ill be back without a doubt!!"
"I've been wanting to leave this review for a while now. I just want to make it clear; the following is NOT a negative experience - although as you'll see, certain aspects can be much improved on behalf of Enkahnz. An avid fan of Nav and his work since the BritAsia days - I took my Range Rover L405 down after speaking to Imran about fitting an SVO kit, wheels and side steps. Drove down nice and early on a Thursday to get the train back and return the following day for pick-up. (Bear in mind - they claim it's a one-day turnaround but I don't know Bradford too well and didn't want to spend 9 hours just floating around with no transport). So I decided to give them a whole day and come back early afternoon the following day - plenty of time for them to work their magic. I got there earlier than planned and was greeted by Imran. I decided to hang around as the car was due to be ready soon. I waited almost 4 hours with no real updates apart from the odd 'won't be long' etc. Personally I thought I was beyond polite. But regardless of the time - I was excited about my car so didn't mind as such. The car was brought down and I was told that they had the wheels left to put on which meant taking it to a tyre shop nearby. It was almost 6 pm by this time so I was just glad the job was almost complete. Before I left, Nav was kind enough to give me a Barugzai branded key fob (really nice), Barugzai valve caps (also very nice) and an air freshener which didn't smell of anything so not sure if it was old or a production issue. But a nice gift regardless. Anyway, the car looked very much like the car I was expecting. The kit is perfect as well as the wheels. It looked every bit like the car imaged in my head. Now for the not so great points; I specifically told them to put the registration plate on the front windscreen and not on the front bumper as I was awaiting my private plates (short plates) and didn't want the sticky residue from the old plates to deal with - this wasn't followed. (Plus it was put on crooked) Opted for Barugzai lettering in place of the OE Range Rover lettering with a Barugzai emblem. I requested then to de-badge the Vogue and Land Rover badges and machine polish the area - this was done but not to a great standard. I had to invest in a polishing machine myself to finish it off. Also, one point I'd like to make and I hope this is being taken on board by Nav and others higher up. PLEASE DISCARD THE OLD BADGING INTO A BIN - NOT IN THE DOOR POCKET. The side steps which I was told were 'much better quality' than ones they've installed in the past. I can only assume the ones in the past were made from milk bottle tops as these are no different to the side steps available on eBay for half the price I paid. After 2 months the side steps are bent on both driver and passenger side. I requested them not to install the SVO grilles on the side as i was uncertain on how it'd look. We agreed they'd be prepared and painted and simply left in the car for me to decide at a later stage. They were not prepared nor painted but heavily damaged with deep scratches and bound tightly with tape which has deformed them which means they're only fit for the bin. I'm not sure about this part but I'm sure I overheard someone say that i needed the black wheel nuts as i was leaving for the tyre shop. Once at the tyre fitters, i was asked where the nuts were. I was unable to answer them. He explained that they've been told in the past that the OE nuts are no good and should send new nuts with the wheels. He was nice enough to provide some in place of mine. Overall, I'm not complaining or bad-mouthing the company or its approach to customer service. The positives outweigh the negatives whichever way I look at it. I just think for a company which has potential customers up and down the country who will be willing to travel further than myself. They should have the same level of customer care to match what customers expect from Enkahnz."
"I visited EnKahnz with the intention of having a body kit fitted to my Range Rover Sport. The younger member of the team was brilliant, he spent time going through all the options and showed me videos of exactly how my car could look. Just as I was about to make a decision, the owner appeared and began to interfere with the process. Up until then I had been very impressed with the service but the owner turned out to be very rude, arrogant and condescending. When I wasn't sure about something he began to mock me in his own language. He obviously thought that I could not understand him but I knew exactly what he was saying. I was very shocked by how unprofessional he was considering the businesses good reputation. I have since taken my business to a competitor offering the same services. They were fantastic and treated me with respect and kindness throughout the process. Please stay clear of EnKahns and shop around, there are other businesses out there who provide a much better service and treat their customers with the respect that they deserve."
