My car care plan is great and very grateful to have this. Everyone I spoke to from the warranty company to the people at Marsh were all very friendly and helpful and helped me get the problem solved quickly to get my car back on the road with no further problems."

They randomly turned up at an old address of mine without arranging an appointment and have ignored my contact asking when the appointment will be. I even raised a formal complaint 3 weeks ago and surprise surprise, I have had no response whatsoever. I will be reporting this company to land rover as they have miss sold this care plan as they don’t do anything. I’m actually unsure if this company even exists. Never ever take out and pay for a care plan with this company because you will never hear from them so it a complete waste of money. They take your money then disappear."

I haven't purchased a warranty for years and the last time I did they were very hit and miss but I have been delighted with the Car Care Plan one. I took a 3 year warranty and during the term had a couple of all issues with the car that were dealt with without any problems at all. Main dealer dealt direct with Car Care Plan and even though they weren't sure whether or not warranty would pay out they did on both occasions. Can't fault the service."
