"Since Sainsbury took over Argos and they closed the Caerphilly Argos, I cant do a thing with it. The Argos website is not working, it will not register things on my wish list when I am logged in. When I check the things I just added to my wish list it says nothing there, then tells me to log in while I AM logged in. Here I am a customer wanting things but it will not work. They do not appear to be aware of this and you cannot contact anyone on this subject. The help,page is of no use whatsoever."
"Placed an online order using my argos card and had a text to say I would need to show my card or Id to collect, my argos card was at home but I had my photo driving licence on me and was told that was not acceptable when I got to the store even though it is more secure in my eyes as it shows who I am and my name and address that matches my argos card whereas argos card only has a number, phoned head office while in store and they were of no help, cancelled order and placed new order online within 10 mins from curry's instead, very unhelpful and unwilling to help"
"Never a queue, staff helpful, and you can get your Sainsbury's shopping done at the same time! Especially useful as a pick-up point for EBay orders, much better than going to a parcel depot. Only downside is that it's small, so perhaps doesn't have the stock - but it will get it in for you the next day, so it's no big deal."
