"We ordered today, though we have ordered in the past and as usual got terrible service. My father always orders a doner tray and always asks for their free extra pitta, which they constantly forget and as a result we have to call back up and request they bring us one, which results in his food being cold by the time he eats it. I was just eating my burger only to discover they put SALAD CREAM on it instead of ketchup which we clearly asked for and it is now as a result inedible to me. When we called before to ask where the pitta was the phone handler was extremely rude and condescending and actually hung up on us. Not at all happy, as neither of us can actually eat our meals properly."
