"Reading most of these reviews have me absolutely baffled! Ive been sticky sisters several times and i actually went to hinckley today just to get a sticky sisters only to find it was closed down! It had me shed a tear almost, I was so looking forward to it. I had to google what was going on only to find such negative reviews which i find quite shocking knowing how good they actually are! Their milkshakes, burgers and fries were absolutely banging and worth the money. Most people are complaining when they’ve ordered online and their food turned up “cold” but its not the restaurants fault its normally the delivery drivers. Such a shame for an actual decent place to close down because of highly opinionated stuck up individuals who just want attention or a few pennies back. Outraged."

"Not exactly sure why the negative reviews are here, however I visited the restaurant in person today 07/11/2022, I was impressed with the choice on the menu, seems to be a lot of vegan/vegetarian options of your regular chicken dishes, which would be good for some. I ordered some wings in the BBQ sauce, my friends and the tenders and a burger I forgot the name of but looked nice. Food took a little while to come out. maybe around the 15/20 minute mark, but was delivered directly to the table, but I think the difference here was it tasted like it had been cooked right there and then. it definitely had not been under heat lamp such as other chicken joints. The chips where especially nice I thought for skin on fries, where nice and crispy on the outside with a fluffy inside. KFC could learn a thing or two about their chips from here. So honest review, I would come back when I'm popping into town and wouldn't have an issue taking friends there."

"Great food and something nice and different. The "Original Sticky Burger" was perfectoy cooked and the chicken breast was gorgeous. My wife had the Mexican Chicken Wrap, and has been obsessing over it since then. We ate-in and really liked it. Plus we got a Blue Light Card Discount. So I really have no complaints at all."

"Shocking place, ran by idiots with no customer service skills or cooking ability. I thought I'd try the 5.99 deal of burger fries drink.. 15 mins to get this btw, although only 2 people in there, yet 6 staff I could see. Burger... the chicken was hard to chew and lacked imagination.. its no zinger etc. The drink.. a basic 330ml can of coke..the fries awful, so overcooked they could be snapped in half like a dry stick, dark brown and black in colour and I had to leave them. At this point I was the only one in there yet all staff stood chatting and nobody approached to ask how the food was. So I took my tray back and said I've tried sticky sisters and wont be back as you can't even cook fries they are burnt to a crisp... now most places would apologise, offer more fries or a refund even.. I wasn't looking for this, I just wanted to voice my complaint and offer feedback. At this point the elderly blonde short lady said 'how rude the fries aren't burnt'. I couldn't believe her attitude especially as I brought the evidence of the uneaten overcooked rubbish served back to her. I had no time to argue the point, told her what I thought of them and left ... please save your money.... total rubbish, youd get far better food at a dodgy late night chicken shop for 3 quid. The place is dirty too, I was given a tray with someone's sticky sauce remains on it, gross.. they cannot even wash up properly. I'd suggest they won't be in business by Christmas."

"Delivery/ Service - After waiting 50 mins (on a Tuesday when you'd expect things to be quieter), we only recieved half our order and of the half we received, it was incorrect. After calling, we were told our 2 other bags were sat on the counter and that we could 'collect' them or request a refund; we opted for the refund. Food - we thought it was worth trying the food that had been delivered but it was arguably even worse than the service. Everything was cold, dry, and chewy LITERALLY to the point of being inedible. We ended up grabbing something from the chip shop in the end"
