"Recently bought a squash racquet from them online which was faulty.Tried returning it for a simple exchange only to be told by the manager that as it was a online order I had to return it in the post and there was nothing she could do.Her attitude to me was disgusting and I will not be shopping through the company again.Was able to repair the racquet myself so not a complete loss"
"A decent outlet, I find the shoe section to have a lot of collection compared to the other sections. The jacket collections aren't great. I also couldn't find much sporting equipment. Overall, a smaller outlet compared to other outlets I've been to. Probably because this is within a mall so there isn't enough space to rent."

"It's ok, quite well stocked and kept pretty tidy and clear especially compared to other Sports Direct shops around. The changing room isn't that big, right next to the till and you need to be let in by staff. On my last visit the person who served me seemed to be in a good mood which was a welcomed change to what I'm accustomed to in there. I feel for them in there, something further up when the staff seem consistently unhappy and unmotivated. It is normally a place I dislike going if I have to ask someone for something in there but if needs must I will go because they do have a wide selection of sporting goods and footwear."
"Completely disinterested staff, stood around checkout area chatting. Had to seek them out to ask for assistance with shoes. Asked for some trainers for my son to try on, had to ask another 2 times before they actually arrived, couldn’t be bothered to queue as only 1 person in tills and a long queue whilst the other staff chatted. Left empty handed and Won’t return."
