"If I could give minus stars I would. My nightmare started yesterday when I wanted to treat my 11 year old for doing so well in her Sat's. We had arms full of clothes and shoes when we got turned away for the changing rooms due to being short staffed apparently, although there where two staff members stood in the changing rooms doing not a lot at all. So today we went to swap the clothes that didn't fit only to find the same issue with the changing rooms. When I approached the plump blonde manager that wouldn't give me her name, she threw an absolute barrage of abuse at me so everyone could hear and then continued to verbally abuse me with her colleagues, again so everyone in the cue could hear. I left the shop feeling belittled and embarrassed. All I tried to discuss with the manager is the problems we are all experiencing with not being able to try clothes on. I expect we will have to return again after the garments are tried for size at home but I really do not think I could put myself through that ordeal again so it will probably all be a complete waste of time and money. New look should be ashamed of themselves for employing such rude and aggressive staff. I haven't felt this low since getting bullied in my school years by similar minded people."
