"I purchased an oven through this company, within the first year it went wrong. To begin it just was not getting to the correct temperature, then stopped heating all together. I returned it under warranty to the company, I have had to chase them EVERY step of the way. Now they are saying it is fully functional buy could not be tested fully due to condition. It was clean although had a few marks from use. This company is very hard going, communication is poor, WARRANTY means nothing, selling poor and inferior quality items . AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR EVERYTHING."
