"We were camping in local village of pool. I rang the take away to ask if they would be able to deliver the take away to the camp site and advised them it was on a farm and was difficult to find. He assured me that if would be fine and to order on the just eat app and put in the notes my number to contact when the delivery driver was on the way. The order was delayed on the just eat app from 745 to 9.15 . I rang the take away whom advised that the delivery driver was out delivering and would call. The female delivery driver did call. Advised she couldn't find it. Sent her the directions from Google maps twice and went and walk off the vamp site whilst still on the phone with the driver in the dark to meet her to make it easier. She then advised she still couldn't find it and said she wasn't looking any more. The main road where I walked to was an easy location to find . I then rang the take away again and the same man answered and became very irritated and angry as I explained that the takeaway hasn't arrived and that our 3 children had no food for the evening. He then put the phone down and ignored us and then still the order on just eat stayed it had been delivered and took our money of £29 This really was upsetting as the children were so very hungry . I am very disappointed with the whole thing and even more so after emailing for a refund and the takeaway not even responding and not providing a refund. I would advise anyone not to use this takeaway . "Stumbled across this place looking for something else, so glad I did. The staff were welcoming and friendly adjusted my order for things not on the menu. I had a Chicken and Halloumi Gyros. It was so tasty! Clearly high quality fresh ingredients used. Cooked to perfection. Highly recommend"
