"Been using these years. And to be honest been brilliant when I've ordered and collected in shop. But nearly always when the same person answers the phone to order for delivery its nearly always wrong. I always order chicken tika masala. But always get keena. Tonight I got chicken keema masala. Usually I just eat it as I'm hungry after work. But I shldnt have to. I've told the owner who takes order wrong so many times. But it keeps happening. Now I will never use these again. I've given them too many chances."
"Ordered around 27quid worth of food and drinks on a Sunday today as of review date the website which we use every time is online says the place is open yet isn't we ordered at 20:19 And never received our food we've called both numbers and no answer we understand it's Eid but please take time to alter details as we have been charged for the order and are not happy about this mistake by the restaurant as we are regulars and order once a week. (UPDATE We got our money back but still it's important to keep the customer updated if your open or not as this can be annoying on both ends)"
