Firstly one of their new drivers couldn’t find my address, he didn’t have the common sense to google maps my post code? Blamed it on the software of the sat Nav domino’s provide. So my order came 45 minutes late and was cold. The manager said he would send me a new one out, this never came (I’m still waiting an hour after he told me he would send one out straight away), they ignored my calls when I’ve been calling asking for an update, when they answered just said the driver is down the road.. yet I’m still waiting. I’ve never known customer service like this! It’s bizarre how they think this is acceptable after spending £20 on a pizza!"
"Well this was the worst Dominos I’ve ever eaten. (I can’t tell if it’s just this branch or if dominos has gone down hill but this was awful) Everything was so dry and tasteless. The pizza was all over the lid of the box. What a waste of money, half of it went in the bin. Don’t waste your money, go to Pizza Hut over the road instead."
