"My meal was gorgeous with lovely fresh veg, the atmosphere was great, however the girl that took our order didn't seem to know what she was doing, maybe she was new, it hasn't put me off, I'll be returning. Also, great to see a very busy restaurant on a Tuesday evening."
"Bellini's is a beautifully presented restaurant with a really nice atmosphere. Most of the food was wonderful - the lemon sorbet was excellent. Unfortunately, as someone who lived in Italy for several years I had high hopes of an authentic pizza experience and it was an awful let down. Very doughy, and barely cooked on the outer edge. It really needed cooking at a higher temp and it was plastered in a cheese mix that included cheddar which is far too strong and oily for a good pizza, it obliterates the tomato and creamy mozzarella flavours. My son and my husband both commented it tasted more like a supermarket pizza. Though all the staff were very friendly, seated in a corner it was hard to get service for drinks. They also don't seem to have large bottles of water for the table, not very Italian in approach either, and drinks are frightfully expensive. The bottle was a £4 0.5l bottle of water brought with only one glass, yet they tried to give me a whole bottle of wine with multiple glasses instead of just the small glass I ordered - I just hope my husband checked the receipt was correct. I know it's really popular but there are places I'd rather eat that would feel a little less stressful. Such a pity as it has the potential to be brilliant."
"Thank you for a great night last night . My daughter came to you a few weeks ago for her 18th Birthday and really enjoyed her evening. Inspired by this we booked too for Valentines Day. It was very easy to book online. The restaurant has a great atmosphere with very friendly staff and great food too. My wife asked for a hot chocolate and this was made specially for her even though it wasn't on the menu. The evening was rounded off with a complimentary limoncello. See you all again soon."
"Absolutely top class with consistently good food and a menu full of traditional dishes and those with a modern twist. I've been twice in the last few months and could not fault the attentive, friendly staff and the exquisite food. Make sure you book in advance though."
"Went last night with a customer & his wife got to say the hospitality and food was out of this world all four of us came away saying it was fantastic very tasty. Even though we was the last to vacate we wasn’t put under any pressure to leave we was even given the opportunity to taste the Limoncello. Merry Christmas"
