"Ordered at 6.30 on Kuick app and it said 45mins. Rang at 8pm to chase and they clearly had forgotten our order. Said they'd cook the food and it'd be ready in 10mins. Rang again at 8.50 and they said it'd be 15mins max. Blamed it on us for ordering at a busy time. Well don't put a 45min waiting time if you can't maintain it. Finally arrived at 9.05 and was all barely cooked and toppings were missing from pizza."
