"I ordered meal at 6.45pm and order was accepted to be delivered at 7.30pm. No food till 8.40pm. Tried calling the number and no tone for ringing at all. It was as if the phone receiver was kept out of the phone so nobody can ring. I drove to the restaurant at 8.50 and asked them. They were rude and arguing that the order was only received at 7.30 when the receipt clearly state accepted to be ready at 7.30. The guy says ‘no time for arguing, do you want the food or cancel’. No polite or sorry for being late. He didn’t even treat me as a paying customer. I had to bring the food back home despite being paying for delivery and service charges. The food were also missing things like when ordered for rice on one meal, it was packed with chips and no salads with the meal, meal was cold. When asked for the refund of delivery charge, he said it not paid to them and have to ask the website I ordered from. I paid for the service and not just a food. Accepted to deliver at 7.30 is a promise and my kids went to sleep with hunger. They couldn’t keep the promise or feel remorse about being late. Will never order or go back to this place again. I deeply regret ordering food from this place and will not recommend this place to anyone. Please keep yourself away from this place. No wonder the corporates like Amazon are winning and local business are dying. When trying to encourage local business getting this experience is worrying."

"My friends and I stumbled upon this little gem whilst looking for somewhere to go for dinner. The food is absolutely amazing. One of the girls asked for a recommendation on the veggie options and the owner cooked her up something that wasn’t on the menu but was delicious. The rest of us had the chicken shish and it was fab!! This was my first time in Rugby as we were attending a show but would happily return to eat here again. The owner was really friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend."

"We called in on a Thursday evening and were the only clientele, although there seemed to be a good number of delivery orders. The waiter was a gentleman and very engaging. He treated us with courtesy and provided a great service. The food was excellent, prepared to perfection and presented with care. My own order for the evening was grilled fish as in the photograph below. I really can't fault our experience and will revisit."

"Wow, what a gem! I am not a local and I was only walking to Wetherspoon to have some food and a drink until I passed Istanbul Grill and I was attracted to the smell that came out of it, so I decided to go in and have a look. Went through the menu, ordered something, the owner - polite and pleasant - recommend something else and I was well impressed with it. Customer service was excellent and the food was fresh, delicious and well presented with an authentic feel to it. If I ever visit Rugby again, this place will be on my "to do" list."
