"Had the 'pleasure' of being served by Amy today and I have to say her attitude was so negative and unhelpful. Customer service training clearly needed. She looked like she couldn't be bothered and how inconvenient it was to serve a customer. I'll be telling all of my colleagues to avoid this branch. Food ok - service needs a LOT to be desired! PS god forbid you ask for a dip to go in the pizza box cut out (they used to be included) - they are 50p extra which she was only to 'delighted' to inform me. Rude"
"Terrible service! took over a hour to receive my order delivery driver did not follow instructions and could not find my address which was clearly instructed. Rang bell after instructed not to! And did not say a word at the door Food was cold and not tasty Felt like a waste of hard earned cash. Portions are terrible."
