"I rang for a collection was told we're not doing them before I could ask about delivery Alama put the phone down I found the young lady rude on the phone I know they were very busy if I hadn't promised my granddaughter a pizza from there I wouldn't have gone When I got home with the pizzas the one was wrong I asked for pepperoni with tandoori chicken only had had chicken spike to the duty manager fair play he got is sorted"
"I would want to state this is a zero rating. I will be contacting head office as when placed an order, one for the app to say its delivered yet over 10mins away from my house, then the driver turns up (cctv can be provided as evidence) greets the customer then gets in the car and drives off with no explanation why (emergency family call) then to contact the store to be told half the order is wrong was the reason why then the store Manager stating clearly that dominoes does not offer any form of refunds only apply credits to the customers mobile. Absolutely disgusting. How on earth can dominoes employ someone who greets the customers then drives off then for the store to say we don't offer refunds and head office will also confirm this? Absolute joke, will be now informing friends and family what an absolute joke of a company to employ incompetent people."
"Really disappointed with our delivery. We paid for large pizzas looked more like medium, it was like spot the chicken on the bbq chicken pizza. Such a shame when you promise the kids a treat and end up wasting your money!"
