Being an avid Japanese food lover who has sampled food from many Michelin star restaurants, this beat the lot. The Bao, Gyzos and Sushi Rolls were insanely delicious; fragrant, delicate, beautifully presented, generous portions and quite simply put, 5 stars. Louise served us and was so kind, friendly, genuine and was honestly the cherry on top of the whole experience. I predict big things for this eatery. If you're in Hebden Bridge you must visit. "Yesterday I came in and that the tofu sushi and was incredible!! Super friendly and the finish of the shop is spot on. Had the pumpkin katsu just not and the best vegan katsu I have ever had!! Plenty of veggies/vegan options which is great to see. Highly recommend and will be back!! Update: Photo from my meal today, highly recommend the pumpkin katsu, still amazing!!"
