"Similar experience to Yael G in a previous review. Employees sitting at desk, walked in through the front door and was told "the shop is closed" (4 hours before the normal closing time). Walked past an hour later and they're still sitting inside the shop. Don't want to make assumptions, but you can guess how that came across."
