"This was our first family's visit to Wagamamas - the kids had been hassling us for ages to go and while we were in Cabot Circus at lunchtime it was perfect timing. We queued for about 15 minutes to get in and seated. The staff who showed us to our seats was friendly and helpful. The waiter took our order - but unfortunately was not particularly engaging or friendly. Drinks arrived quickly. And then the food.. But all our dishes came at different times (25 minutes between the first and last) and the sharing plates came when we were almost finished. The food was great, can't complain about it - but it's not cheap (our bill came to almost £90 for 4 of us) and the sightly disinterested service really kills the vibe. The restaurant was clean and tidy as we're the toilets, but they really need to improve the service."
"Staff friendly and standard good quality food. I know Wagamamas has a set order of preparing and sending out food to be more efficient and keep things fresh. However both our group and the group next to us were waiting quite a while for kids meals after the rest of our groups had received food. I really feel that kids meals on a table should be prioritised over adult meals on the same ticket, my nephew was getting quite restless waiting and I’m sure most kids would be the same."
"Kind and helpful staff, they are open until 22:00 and take orders very close to it! Although they had a limited menu due to a shortage of chicken. We were served quickly and was a good alternative for a meal after a movie. Nice pad thay and good ramen! Excellent choice of fresh juices. One thing caught my attention, when I asked to be seated on a more comfortable table the waitress said: Well I am going to have to clean it but ok! Since there was another waitress kind that seemed like a manager that was very kind the overall impression was good."
"Very tasty Japanese-style cuisine. Cool ideas for vege people. The service is very nice and friendly. A good place for a getaway with friends or family. I recommend a good brand. Of course the prices could be slightly lower."
"We were shopping at cabot and decided to stop for lunch at Wagamama. We were welcomed right away by a kind staff member. The food arrived at different times which is always the case with Wagamama. Both our dishes were extremely tasty and so were the bao buns that we had in the middle. I had the tepanayiaki steak (stir fry noodles) and I immediately jumped into it when it arrived hence I didn’t have amy photos of it."
