"Myself and my partner were considering using Murrays to search for a rental property in Bristol. We did get in contact with them regarding a property (unfortunately pets were not considered despite this going against government guidelines) and although the interaction was dismissive at best I won't go into that here as this is our experience with many agents. I'm not particularly devastated by this. My one star review is mainly based on the baffling public treatment of customers on this platform. For this reason alone we will have no more dealings with them I am unsure who writes the responses to these reviews apparently sometimes a Mr Murray, so in theory the owner himself? This is probably the only explanation for this person being in any way permitted near the keyboard or customers in general. There is clearly a highly toxic culture of extreme defensiveness within their team. Regardless of whether they feel that reviews are unfair, any business must realise how unwise it is to go about refuting them in this deeply unprofessional manner. To be completely honest it is like reading a 14 year old's snide Facebook comment. As I've said you've lost my business but for your own reputation and future success, please learn a little more about customer service and the running of a business in general before allowing whichever wildly misguided keyboard warrior access to your official account again.
