"Outstanding customer care. Came for a jab on 01/11/22. Fainted, but the team were so incredibly helpful, supportive, attentive (3 members of staff). Checked I was okay, gave me biscuits, checked on me twice afterwards. Also, a massive thank you to the receptionist who went above and beyond to help me with my query, and the 2 staff members who specially assisted me afterwards. "I called up nervous and a little bit anxious as you can imagine, however when speaking to the lady at reception I was disappointed with how rude and un-empathetic she was, making me feel stupid for calling and un welcome. So for this reason I’m glad I will not be receiving any service from this establishment, and would be even more nervous to phone them again. I understand they are busy, however it doesn’t take much to be a friendly voice on the end of the phone, especially when regarding these matters."
