Has a framed first aid certificate on the wall, extremely thorough in explaining the process and very professional when it comes to the piercing, very gentle and relaxing and was the least painful piercing I've had and placed it exactly where I wanted, genuinely a really welcoming and warm guy so makes you feel like you are in very good hands and definitely knows what he's talking about.
