"I have a very unusal short cut and prefer a particular style, I was paying another local Salon just shy of £60.00 every 2-3 weeks which was ridiculious.. cut no colour and may I add Short hair ie PINK the singer, I found this place and have found a hairdresser here that can do exactly what I want, I would 100% recomend not only the salon but also Louise, I actually hate getting my haircut and find the whole thing stressfull as I have had some really bad haircuts, I actually feel comfortable and feel I have found my hair salon. Thank you Ladies and Louise for giving me somewhere to go and have a cut I want within a extremely reasonable price."

"Cant recommend this place any higher been going here for the past 12 months every time i go i get a first class service from all the staff ive had a range of beauty treatments done from ear candeling to nails and spray tan and been extremely happy every time was a bit nervous about the ear candeling but Erin talked me through the whole process and i found the whole experience very relaxing and would recommend it to anyone being a newbie to the whole spray tan, also im rather shy when it comes to showing off my body, i was talked through the whole process and was made to feel wonderful and very happy with the end result i have also visited the hair salon many times each time ive been in ive been seen by Shannan i have very fine short hair which is thining all the time ,due to medication, and Shannan has been very professional every time i have been in to see her, she has given me advice on products to use and recommended which hair style would suit me best i am especially pleased with my latest style and colour from my last visit, 4th October, and many of my friends have commented on how fabulous and healthy my hair looks this was extremely important to me as i was celebrating my silver wedding anniversary and obviously wanted to look my best and thanks to Shannan i was able to achieve that i cant thank all the girls enough from Beckie who has done my nails on many occasions and Charlie who has made me lot's of cups of coffee and also to Jackie for making me feel at home keep up the good work everyone"

"Absolutely disgusted by this salon and I will never be returning. I had black hair and informed Shannon I wanted to go blonde. I was asked to go in for a patch test;to which I did but she never done one and said she will strip my hair and highlight it. I went in and she said she put olaplex on my hair to stop it from damaging. Whilst I had the bleach on my hair I touched my hair to feel it and my hair was falling out. I got taken quickly over to the sink to get my hair washed and once back on the chair, chunks of my hair were falling out on the floor and chunks were on the hair brush. Shannon tried to hide a big chunk of hair under her foot and another hairdresser helped her and put hair into their trolley. Once finished she charged me 140.00 and told me to buy olaplex for the damage. I was that traumatised I paid and went home and cried. Once I returned home I was brushing my hair and a massive chunk of my hair was missing and I wasn’t informed of this in the salon. I phoned up as I was really angry and she said she would refund me. I was given £60.00 as she quoted the olaplex never worked? And denied knowing a massive chunk of hair was missing?. I felt that was a cheek considering my hair was ruined. The owners offered to help and were lovely people and gave me a weave. A lot of my hair had to be chopped because it was destroyed by the bleach and was dead hair. I wanted my hair dyed back darker as the colour wasn’t what I asked for. I was then charged 55.00 and my weave has about 4-5 inches of blonde left near the routes, to which I informed the other hairdresser of on the day and nothing was done to fix it. I will certainly not be returning."
