"Went in for coffee and sandwich, couldn't move due to cages and that there was a lot of people in at lunchtime, would be better timing when to put delivery out"
"I went down tonight to collect some bits and bobs. I needed something from the bottom shelf and due to me having limb girdle muscular dystrophy I have alot of pains in my back and knees and feared I wouldn't be able to get back up! I asked a staff member for assistance, her name was Chloe. She was busy stacking some shelves. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I didn't feel like a burden or a hassle. So thank you Chloe! And thanks co op for being disability friendly! Made my experience so pleasant and easy, it's the little things!"
"I genuinely receive nothing but bother whenever I go into this coop. I'm constantly asked for ID, which is completely fine, but even when I show my ID I'm told it isn't me. Most of the time I am not even being alcohol, normally it will be painkillers or an energy drink (age is 16 and yet I've driven there, parked up outside in a car you need to be 17 to drive...no logic there). I completely understand the challenge 25 rule and am always happy to show my ID, but everywhere else I receive no bother and for some reason this coop seems to attempt to challenge me even upon showing it. It is very strange."
"Fantastic selection in store and very reasonable prices. I would've rated higher however having only one person on the cigarette counter is a total nightmare. Queue is tailed right up the shop, as a result."
"Store much improved. Overall refurbed store improved. Selection good , sometimes a bit pricey but great for the stuff you forgot. I shop here regularly and most staff friendly and helpful. But I do concur with a previous review regarding a stone faced woman at the checkout. Working with public is not easy but this woman does not make the customer feel welcome"
