"I always feel I say the same thing but the store is always clean with a lot of staff to maintain that. BUT I was a retail manager for 15 years and there is a difference to staff stocking the store to serving customers. I told my staff to have high eyes and look for customer in need and I never feel this in store. I have to approach the GROUP of staff talking away to each other and then be pointed to another but if the store. True story I needed to ask 3 different people were the powdered chocolate was and each just pointed me to a different location."
