"My partner and I purchased a cot bed for my new granddaughter about two months ago It was delivered promptly. However it was not opened and put together for nearly two months. When it was opened there were scratches on it and it did not assemble properly. I phoned Little Devils Direct and spoke to a very helpfull man who asked for photos to be sent to him to show the problems. I phoned him back the next day and despite the product deing out of the return period on Amazon and Little Devils Direct the company agreed to a full refund.We received a confirmation e-mail from Amazon a couple of hours later informing us of the full amount of the purchase price being refunded to my account. This is a very decent company to do business with. I would not hesitate in very highly recoment Little Devils Direct to anyone wanting to buy any of their products. Great customer service. Frendly and courtious."

"I ordered a travel system from them and it was great but the service and customer service was appalling !! After the faulty website mucked up my order I then couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone for 3 days despite emailing and leaving messages !! When I did eventually get hold of someone his attitude totally stank and he even accused myself of messing up my online order before admitting there was a fault with the website and it had been doing it regularly, I was then told the car seat wasn't in stock and I would have to wait a further 2 weeks for this (which turned into 4) there was no apology forthcoming and I was treated as if I was at fault despite only expecting the service which was promised at the time of ordering !! So the products are great value for money but god forbid anything goes wrong with your order because the customer service is non existant and the only reason I never cancelled the order was that i'd picked the pram months previously and had my heart set on it."
