"Awful awful awful!!!! Called 15 times in 5 days to change my vehicle registration details and still can’t get hold of anyone, emailed several times and still no reply!!! Awful customer service not that you can call it that as they don’t provide one. When I eventually get hold of them!!! Maybe the 12th of never then I will 100% be cancelling!!! The lack of service is beyond shocking DO NOT USE!!"

"Do not use! This company is appalling. They don't respond, their website is awful, and you can't amend or cancel your policy. In addition, they threaten to charge you more if you don't send in documents, but provide no way of sending them in. Their website doesn't acknowledge the uploads, and they don't respond to telephone calls or emails. IT FEELS LIKE A SCAM."

"Appalled by the customer service considering this insurance provider promotes they are for young drivers. The website is very inaccessible there’s no where to amend/cancel your policy. All the information just informs you to call the customer service number or email. I have called three times today at different times and been on hold for at least 45+ mins at a time no response. I emailed at 9am first thing and still no response. There’s no where to amend my policy or to speak to anyone. This is not helpful towards a young driver. The reviews speak for themselves. Would not recommend."

"Won't be using this company again. Very expensive when changes are needed, had to cancel policy due to ridiculous premium addition thus losing disproportionate amount, initial seemed good to use when my daughter was learning but whole thing leaves a bad taste. Not interested when I tried to talk to then and in last few days been raking around an hour to get through. Its cost me but am glad to be free of them. Go girl, no need to reply as I see you just add some standard generic blurb to negative feedback which again reflects badly as the uncaring rip off company you are!"

"The first year was okay, then I added my daughter whom was a learner driver and we was satisfied with the monthly payments, then I had a little accident that was my fault, they writ the car off with no structural damage but a little cosmetic damage inwich I could have repaired myself for £500, the car I accidentally hit the back of only caused the back bumper rubber lining to split. So I accepted go girls decision, however I bought another car and they charged me between £250 to £275 (I can't remember exactly but around the prices I've stated, just to change from my "writ off" car to the new car) And now my daughter's passed her test they wanted well over £1000 to change her status from learner to full driving license holder that we can't afford, so today I've had to take my daughter off the policy therefore a charge of £71 for the changes and £25 administration fee, it's almost like they're trying to retrieve has much money back from myself for the accident. I am now under the impression that the money I've payed to be insured only partly insures because what follows for any amendments to said policy gets taken back bit by bit when one has to amend the existing policy..sadly its all about profits and big corporations like Sabre whom only care about profits to their shareholders, 3 words - RIP OFF BRITAIN !!!"
