"I called Gareth after the removal of my ancient fire surround left a load of soot on my nearly new pale cream carpet. The stains were dark and covered a few feet around the fireplace as well as random stains as the fire surround was carried through the house. Soot was in the air and on my curtains too although not so visible on them. Gareth cleaned the curtains and the carpets in 2 rooms and you can't even tell there was ever soot on them now! I'm amazed as i really thought I'd be buying new carpets. Gareth was polite, professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. His communication was clear and timely. I can't fault the work he did or how professional he was at all. I'd highly recommend Gareth."
