"What a blast from the past I used to spend many a day/evening here when I was a child, youth and when my cousin said she was taking her daughter swimming i thought my daughter and i would tag along... as i walked through doors not much seemed to have changed in the last 30yrs except from the staff but when chatting to staff they told me what changes had been made, anyhow my daughter had a ball at the fun session with the inflatables and at the end of the day that's all that matters staff were friendly and helpful too."
"Only having to use it as my kids swimming lessons are displaced until renovation work on the Foundry pool is completed otherwise would never dream of using it. The layout is awful the viewing area is rubbish and for some reasons parents let their kids run about naked when there are changing rooms free - the lack of dignity these parents have is shocking!"
"Gym is very new. No changing or lock up facility for gym. Need to use swimming changing area but this is no good if just trained . Too hot. They are supposed to be sorting this out I was told 4 months ago. Still not done. Staff good on and off. Some gym staff not very friendly or welcoming, but this changes as staff changes."
"The new gym is quite nice. It's small but it's good because the village has nothing else. The equipment is new and well maintained. The instructors are always present and knowledgeable."
