"Insurance company's garage wrote car off but i got Lewis & family to negotiate price with them so we could repair and keep it instead. The car is back to its original condition. Mcfall's have been brilliant throughout all the obstacles of parts being difficult to get during pandemic to insurance not giving us a courtesy car. Lewis gave us one anyway. Great customer service and professional, will defo be back if i need an accident repair."

"Window fell down inside the door and the regulator has broken which is riveted to the door so phoned to see if they could help fix it and the reply a got was..... Try ebay. A don't stay in the best of areas so have to phone about so the cars not left overnight or longer with the window down which is not very safe"
