"The sister ( Marianne ) is the accountant that you need to have work out your tax returns with this company as she is very efficient. The brother John is the exact opposite. I handed my paperwork in on July and was fined for being late with my payment in the January due to his glaring errors that I had to tell him about ( never included my SEISS grant ) . B&C never compensated , half hearted apology. Gave them another chance for 2021/22 returns after going PAYE . I am STILL waiting on John getting back to me about payment of NI having pointed this out to him that l was PAYE. My business was done on the stairwell when he turned up late for an appointment. Then l was overcharged for their services , which l had to point out ."
