Was ignored completely for 7 months, given a tax bill double what I was actually supposed to pay and had to then go through the accounts myself and was given a months and a bit notice to pay thousands. Barely got an apology, staff didn't care at all and the owner has ignored 3 of my emails complaining. AVOID"

"Avoid by all means. Unprofessional, not responding emails. Failed to provide my staff with payslips since April. Feeding with promises to call back and never do it. Extremely fast at setting up a direct debit knowing will do nothing in exchange of that money."
"Very poor experience, files weren't up to date, no call backs, the director "forgot" about an important business matter and didn't return an important call. When we moved accountant they took 6 weeks to answer or call back on sending the file over. Submitted incorrect information and the office staff were very rude and unprofessional. No one seemed to know what the other was doing. Definitely not a place to recommend to look after your business in my opinion use an accountant as after registration it is admin staff."
