"Please avoid at all costs. 5 months before a decision was made, I believe I have been lied to for a number of months. Initially after a zoom meeting in Oct 2022 everything needed was sent to them within 1 week. It seems nothing was looked over for 3 months as i had to sign a document so my application didnt time out. Timing out happens after 3 months, baring in mind NOTHING had happened with the application to this point. The application was finally sent to the underwriters in Feb 2023 stories about Christmas causing issues and folk being off dont really add up, but on top of that the loan officer seems not to have looked over our apllication pre sending to the underwriter as the amendments were lengthly even though id advised him of the answers months before. At this point 5 months later the time wasted has been absolutely heartbreaking. Please ask to be given another company if you have been matched with DSL via business bank funding. Save yourself and your business the stress."
