Reviews
"Quick, easy to use. Helpful stuff. Def recommend"
"On time and put the item in safe place."
"Very very rude lady, 1st time I thought she just had a bad day and didn't want to mention it, but I went there yesterday, she was serving a guy who had to put up with her attitude, when my turn came, she shouted asking me to wait until she replied to a message on her phone, Extremely rude,, I don't know how people want thier business to work with that attitude."
"Very non-accommodating workers. Trying to drop off a parcel - they don't accept after 9pm, they don't accept without packaging even if the Amazon return label says so. Very unfriendly."
"The people who run this place have NO idea about the concept of customer service. Unfriendly, unresponsive, inconsistent, making up "rules" as they go along. Some days a Hermes parcel is fine, others that same parcel is "too big" for them to accept. Sometimes they say "fine, but you carry it to the back of the shop" (a shoe box!). They just can't be bothered to do basic tasks. The Hermes label printing is broken and doesn't work half the time. There is a total disregard for COVID measures (when the machine doesn't scan QR codes, the person behind the till often says "let me try" and grabs the phone from the customer's hands without asking). Finally, parking around the shop is a nightmare. In conclusion, I would gladly go out of my way and double the commute to a different Hermes ParcelShop just to avoid dealing with this Mickey Mouse establishment ever again."
