"Stay far away! Absolute nightmare, joined with them back in 2020, left August last year. I was a new business owner so wanted to wait to write a review after switching accountants and it just made me clarify how absolute awful and slack service at a much higher cost i had received from Stephen Ward and his company. Worst communication imaginable, just about every single monthly payroll had mistakes. And when emailing it took near 48 hours for a corrction, bear in mind they do the payroll 2 days before your pay date. I could go on for days the issues i had with them but really im just glad to be away. Absolutely smooth sailing since i got away from Callan, only assets to this team is Magda and kirit! OH and the only thing they did efficiently was send bills! Even the handover to my new accountant was extremely timely and slack. Better alternatives out there!"

"They are fine if you have a basic self-assessment tax return or something simple to get done, wouldn't recommend working with them on something complex or long term. In terms of professionalism and responsiveness, they were really poor, and although the tax return was eventually completed, I had to follow them up repeatedly (sometimes up to three or four times) just to get an answer to questions or an update on something. In this respect, I didn't feel I got the service I paid for at all. If you're looking to take the stress out of a tax return, or it is your first time doing such a thing, I'd advise you to look elsewhere."
