"Just wanted to thank Rachel for her excellent service today helping my mum with her vouchers. Rachel was very patient and took the time to explain how the voucher worked. Thank you Rachel"
"Wife and I visited store to shop. Midmorning went to restaurant. Ordered a regular Americano and a bottle of water. Served with large and charged for large. Only noticed this mistake later. Carried on shopping in Bath . Returned to restaurant at 1pm. Very busy. Staff were stretched. At least two more were needed. Tables left uncleared. Ordered turkey and bacon toasty and fries. Tuna and cheese was served after 25 minute wait. Spoke to member of staff who returned very quickly with correct order. Food was delicious. Clearly the staff need more support at busy times. Come on M & S, as regular customers we expect better. Will we return? Of course. A great store. Keith Rudyard"
"They’ve closed some of their doors recently making it far less convenient to access for elderly people. which is a shame as they need to encourage the elderly who make up the vast majority of their customers. So short sighted of them. I now hobble elsewhere to buy my overpriced groceries"
"Now so many Marks and Spencer have closed down it is a real treat to find one. I head straight for the cafe to have one of their delicious scones with a good cup of tea. What a disappointment I had here in Bath. The worst cafe I have been in. No scones so just had a cup of tea. I went to find a table and three quarters of them were uncleared. It was like sitting in a rubbish tip. Six staff working or should I say two behind the till were. Two lads stood talking to each other or on their phones. When one of them brought a food order out they just carried the empty tray back oblivious to the mess on all the tables. More customers came in and had to clear a table theirselves. When I came to leave half an hour later the tables still hadn't been cleared and it was getting worse. Oh and the two young lads were still talking to each other. Marks and Spencer get yourself a decent supervisor your cafe here is a disgrace."
"So very disappointed. 9am on a Sat morning and they are out of eggs. Not only that the teeanger staff were utterly miserable and the place was untidy. Why we went there was for trust and consistency, I should have given my business to the independent coffee shops. You need to change your manager, seriously. Someone really isn't capable at the job."
