"Visited here at 9:50pm to buy some fruit and veg for our toddler for the next morning. Sign outside says they are open until 10:30pm as does Google Maps. As soon as enter, a very rude member of staff says they are closing in 10 minutes (at 10pm), and piles of trolleys are stacked up blocking the entrance to the store and most of the veg section. Not only did I feel the staff were trying to get rid of me so they could go home early, the range was awful and there was no help accessing the blocked area - and when asked why, the staff member (who was standing at the door to block any customers entering, even though the store was still open), just stated “it’s there because of deliveries the next morning mate”. Disgraceful customer service and a disgraceful store - the reason why big chains are taking over is experiences like this. I want to support Co-Ops, and some are great, but avoid this Southern Co-Op like the plague, which seems to be the way they treat their opening hours."
