"Terrible delivery service, no way to communicate. Company messages were recognised as scam/spam by my phone, so didn't receive any message about the delivery driver trying to find my location until 30mins after he had left. And that was to notify me that they couldn't find my property, no communication, just a picture of a local corner shop and no effort. I have tried live chat, calling (premium charges), and all reviews advise its a waste of time. I waited in all day yesterday, only to find nothing could be delivered. I updated my delivery location information even provided my telephone number, as clearly it was too difficult to find my property, yet still nothing. When I realised it was too late and they wouldn't return, I attempted to alter the deliver date to the following day, now all I see is my delivery is in the depot and I have no way of getting it until they are ready. I have things to do, I cannot be stuck inside my house for days hoping I will be contacted prior to delivery. This service is a Joke and I am highly disappointed! Will be filing a complain to the company I ordered from, for using this company. (OPEN YOUR COMMUNICATIONS!!!)"

"I wanted to give a zero star rating but there isn't an option for that, hence the overly generous 1 star rating. My delivery is now over 1 week late and when I use their tracking system it says my parcel has been sitting at their delivery depot for over 2 days. I tried calling but after being on hold for over 1 hour I had to give up (even though I was number 1 in the queue apparently??). I have never been so disappointed with a delivery firm, it wouldn't be so bad if you could at least speak to somebody to reassure you but they don't even answer their phones. Please don't use this firm if you are wanting a quick and easy delivery."

"The delivery was slightly delayed, 4 working days late compared to the initial schedule from Aldi. However, the delivery day went smooth, I have been kept up to date during the day with SMS and the timeslot given was accurate (just late 15 min which is totally acceptable). Item arrived in good condition."

"Delivery eta 2:40pm to 4:40pm. Actual delivery was nearly 6pm. The app and tracker both showed the van moving very slowly and even once delivered still shows me as next. Needs to be a bit more accurate. Delivery driver was very polite and helped me carry in the parcel. He was very friendly. The parcel wasn’t damaged in anyway and was delivered on the day it was scheduled to be."

"After receiving an email telling me that the item I have been waiting in for all day was returned with no explanation I called the depot. Finding the number itself was a mission as the one printed online has been changed. When I finally found the right number I held for 45 minutes with the most annoying hold music and no information and had to give up in the end. The next day I called the supplier of my goods to find out what had happened and was told that xdp had damaged them in transit. I wouldn't use this company ever"
